We are small company within a rural town that carries major electronic brands and offers repair services. Being in a small town does have an impact on how we must advertise due to our customers. Our main focus of advertising is going to be through online advertising to customers through our website and social media. This will allow us to target the millennial age group. We will also advertise through the newspaper to grab the older audience for repair services. Everyone will be trained on selling due to how small we are. We try to get a hold of the newest product so we will use weekend releases and overnight releases to help offer these product to customers as soon as possible. Due to being a small store we will try to be out in the community as much as possible attending and advertising at local festivals and any and all community events. Two promotional strategies for our store due to being in a small store would be word of mouth from all of our customer we have helped and the loyalty we have built from them. Within a small community you have to win your customers because everyone talks to everyone. If you loose a good many customers due to poor service you will no longer have any customers. Also, online marketing to target our target audience which is mainly millennials due to them having the highest interest in the latest and greatest technology. Online advertising also allows for us to target a wider audience outside of our small community and generate online sales through our website. Where we will ship products to our customers for free online to anywhere within the United States. Due to us knowing we have a small community that can support a good sales volume and having online sales to help fall back on as well we still need to generate additional sales. So we do advertise within the local newspaper to help bring in older generations for electronics repairs.
