Begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement. Consider and discuss all the following areas of human resources management (HRM) that are shown as headings in bold below. Discuss how these HRM areas and factors work together. Are any of the HRM areas more important than others? Why or why not? How do you believe the HRM role can be optimized for shaping organizational and employee behavior? Discuss how HRM applies to your workplace and reflect on the potential impact of your future career plans or even your personal life at home. Explore, in depth, the benefits of the new learning and understanding regarding HRM that has taken place. Remember that this is a reflective paper; reflect on what you have learned and how you can use it! Do not use the failed strategy of stringing together a long list of direct quotes. I want to read your critical analysis and thoughts, not the words of other authors. I am looking for a Turnitin originality score under 15%. As long as you write the paper and do not overuse direct quotes you will be just fine.
