My TypeFocus 4-Letter Personality Type is… Use one line for each letter. CharacteristicsList at least two characteristics of the personality type. Review the Personality Theory: What Your Four Letters Mean” section to help you learn more about each letter. Agree or Disagree? In a minimum of four sentences, explain in your own words whether you agree or disagree with each type and characteristics determined by the TypeFocus.
Example: 1. I = Introversion quiet, introspective I completely agree with the results of the TypeFocus about my personality. I don’t like to be around crowds. I prefer staying home and reading a book instead of going to a party. My family always tells me I am too quiet and need to speak up more.
1. E – Extroversion Varied Interests. External action I’m definitely an extrovert. I love being around people and in groups of friends. When I don’t have plans with friends and/or family on the weekends and I just stay in I get depressed. I also have so many interests I would be happy to do just about anything with my friends. I also think it’s why I have such a hard deciding what I want to do as a career.
2. S – Sensing Experience, Practical I agree with this result as well. I feel like I learn best from experiences I have had first hand which can be difficult too, learning the hard way. I make most decisions on what is practical. When my kids were younger I had a minivan, which I didn’t want because it’s a minivan but it was practical for our family.
3. F – Feeling Personal Values, empathetic I disagree with this result. At work I don’t base my decisions on feelings or on a personal basis. I make decisions based on what is best for the business and am fair to a fault. If one person isn’t allowed to do something then no one should be. I think this is the biggest reason my job results came back as they did.
4 J – Judging Organized, predictable I agree with this result. I’m extremely organized in my work and personal life. I guess I’m predictable as well but I like to do things different from time to time. The description said that I also like to make quick decisions, which is true but over time in a big corporation have learned that it is not good business to make knee jerk decisions.
