Enterprise Architecture

An enterprise architecture is more of a technique that comes with the respective definition of the structure and as well as the daily operations of an organization. The main purpose of such an enterprise is to genuinely look at the manner in which an organization can appropriately achieve both its current and future objectives. It is argued that it comes with four pillars that help it in the daily management so as to realize success at the end of the day. The four pillars are known as the business perspective, information perspective, application perspective, and the lastly the technology perspective (Johnson 170). The business perspective helps in the description of the processes and the standards that the business is seen to have been operating in its daily activities. The application perspective, on the other hand, comes with the definitions of the respective interactions that are involved in the processes and standards that are seen to be used by the organization. The information perspective, on the other hand, comes with the description as well as the classification of the respective raw data this includes the documents files, images, databases, respective presentations as well as the spreadsheets required by the organization is seeing it achieve its ultimate desires at the end of the day. The technology perspective, on the other hand, comes with the definition of the respective hardware, programming, operating systems and the respective networking solutions that are seen to be well embraced by the organization with the aim of achieving their set down goals s at the end of the day.

It is evident that a well organizes enterprise architecture helps in the improvement of the decision-making, there is an improvement that is as well witnessed in the improved adaptability to the respective changing demands and so the market conditions. There is an elimination of the perceived inefficient and redundant processes, minimization of the employee turnover and lastly the optimization of the use of organizational assets. The entire discussed issues would never be put in place without first and foremost having an in-depth understanding of the respective organization strategy, the strong respective organizations technical experience as well as the strong respective organizational skills (Fischer 15). This is the very best way that the discussed issues above will be better looked at and placed in the respective departments or manner that will be in line with this as a result of fulfilling the aimed end product at the end of the day.

The problem that may have been witnessed in the business strategy is that they are so much of the internal factors that affect their organization in one way or the other and the manner in which they can accurately fix them forgetting the need and importance they should be considering based on the external environment assessment as well. This calls for the need of a through SWOT analysis since this will too play a major in their successes at the end of the day. It will as well require the need for policies that will be guiding them as an organization in realizing their goals and the severe consequences that come as a result of their violations at the end of the day irrespective of the different positions people are holding (Pontus 175). It is very clear in the manner at which the IT played a significant role in also ensuring that the firm succeeded since it made sure that the entire hardware’s that were in use were much defined. This was to create more awareness to all the respective personnel that were using them in one way or the other in ensuring that which are require out of them are realized. It also came with the operating systems that enhanced the manner in which most of their functions were to be put in place. It also defined the networking solutions keeping the entire department in touch and so reduces the time used in service delivery as well as improves the efficiency of the work done.

Integration of the good and services ensured that related activities were brought together with the aim of efficiency issues following the work was done at the end of the day (Ronny 20). Governance of the IT goods and services is the proper manner at which this property and services were worked with that is the policies that they were abiding by that ensured success at the end of the day. Securing the enterprise ensured that there was that required security that could help a great deal at the end of the day based on the operations that were in place. These are the factors that helped a great deal in seeing the organization succeed at the end of the day following the extent or rather manner at which they were ensured.
