Rape is stated in the power point as a weapon in war, that its not a sex crime, rather a violent, coercive act of aggression. Contemporary statues say that it is gender neutral and include various acts of sexual penetration. The common law definition is the carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will. I think there are words left out there. Rape is by definition of Merriam and Webster is unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against a person’s will or with a person who is beneath a certain age of incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness or deception. An outrageous violation; an act or instance of robbing or despoiling or carrying away a person by force (Rape, Webster,2020). Power rape was is they highest types of rapists.

Types of rape are date rape, rape on campus, marital rape, statutory rape, rape by deception.

Causes: evolutionary factors, male socialization, psychological abnormality, social learning, gender conflict view, sexual motivation.

You must prove rap or prove consent. Or hope legal reform is on your side.

First degree murder is premeditated and deliberate.

Second Degree murder is malice after thought

Manslaughter- voluntary non negligent; involuntary

Types of murder: murderous relations, intimate partner murders, acquaintance murders, strangers murders, sexually murders, school murders.

Serial killer is someone who kills 3 or more people in separate events.

You have thrill killers, mission killers and expedience killers.

Female serial killers tends to be older and drug abusers. Suffered childhood trauma. Low status jobs.

Spree killers are people with multiple victims whose murders happen over a short span of time with no pattern.

Assault is attempted battery or intentionally frightening the victim by word or deed- (no touching)

Robberies happen more in the winter months because people are bored and broke.

I can’t even come up with a plan to rob a bank. I can’t lie to save my life.

Ummmm I’m poor, the government takes all my money, my kids bleed me dry and the water company is robbing the residents at alarming sewage rates, please just let me get enough for the water bill and ill leave. Someone would write me a personal check and I wouldn’t get caught cause it was a gift.

We are seeing more chronic violence because hate is cool to possess and everyone spends time hating on people who are different from them or think differently.
