IntroductionThis presentation will go more in depth by comparing and contrasting two drug policies that have been developed over the years. By comparing both policies, The Fair Sentencing Act and the Sentencing Reform Act, this will help accomplish a solution by answering questions such as; what the issues are what are the two developed policies, what led to the development of each policy and how they differentiate from one another and by understanding which will be more effective.
