System Requirements

System requirements for the marketing and customer support are all geared towards improving performance of employees and making the end goal better satisfaction of customers. This is all in line with WeLoveVideo, Inc goals. To achieve this, all requirements must be geared towards optimal service deliver. The requirements are;

1. Server hardware. The hardware will be in a position to serve clients the staff and clients equally to improve service deliver.
2. Sales and customer support client hardware. These are the computers that will be used by sales and customer support department while carrying out their day to day activities at WeLoveVideo, Inc work premises. It is important that they meet their needs since efficiency of their work relies on the equipments provided to them.
3. Server software like Apache and contentment management system. There are a number of content management systems available out there and one suited for multimedia interface will enable the staff to serve their clients satisfactorily. This takes into account the ever increasing user base and content ebaling scalability in future (Hatley & Pirbhai, 2013).
4. Installation and configuration of server hardware and Software. Configuration makes optimal use of the resources available for the employees.
5. Account creation on WeLoveVideo, Inc website. This will enable new customers to create accounts by themselves and start their subscription base. It will help the customer support and sales team as they do not have to be in constantly in touch with the new customers in every transaction.
6. User data collection for identification. The data collection will be used to identify the customers to suit their needs. This will tailor the needs of customer support and sales personnel hence delivering the content users need and at the same time being efficient.
7. Administrator. These are the users with superior account creation and role assignment. It is important having a single role with such permission so that they monitoring an evaluation and accountability can be done.
8. Data storage and backup. This ensures continuous availability of data and prevention of loss. Losses can be very detrimental to any organization as it disorients the employees and might lead to failure of completion of project. Continuity and reference will be achieved by backup of data.
9. Regular data backup with backup hardware and software, this set to work automatically. Cloud storage and backup is a modern and cost effective method for backup.
10. Role based assignment of user accounts by the administrator. By default, an account belongs to subscribers. Administrator can create and assign roles like Customer support, sales. Each role has different levels of access for security, better work flow and accountability (Robertson & Robertson,(2012).
11. Development of software to meet the specific needs of customer support and sales department.
12. Installation of internet services at the WeLoveVideo, Inc premise so that the Customer support can communicate with their clients like the use of social media for efficient service delivery.
13. Installation of mobile communication equipments form clients who may prefer to call.
14. Training the staff on the use of the new equipment and to better serve customers. Training will make the new systems developed and installed to be efficiently used by the staff to serve clients.
15. Monitoring and improvements. As much as the new system has been put in place, a monitoring as the sales and customer support and customer support use it with the help of monitoring software and equipment will make errors be detected as soon as possible and improvements made early. This will go a long way in delivery of services.
