The goal is to express my professional background and enlighten accomplishments in the customer service. (retail industry)
Thesis Statement – Customer service can make or break the deal for any business. For over 10 years, I have gained experience in being the best possible candidate in providing good customer services. It involves a pleasant attitude, time efficient, and going beyond measures for customers.
