Summary
Virtual communication is a key tool to use when communicate with stakeholders of a company, and lack of effectively communicating with stakeholders can hurt the company. Facebook is a prime example of not effectively communicating with stakeholders and we will cover the issues that resulted from it and some key components that we can change to make virtual communication better for the company.
