Yes, they put people first in very many circumstances. In some instances through though rare, they put the company’s profit interest on top of every other thing.

He thinks the HR talent balances the interest of the company and those of the people. He believe he company is more interested in profits and here’s accordingly then try to maintain them to do whatever they were hired to do.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is one organization that values people the most. I admire this company because of their friendly policies that take care of the employees. They introduced paid maternity and paternity leave to their employees. This gives the employees time to be with their family when needed the most and will translate to performance when they are at work. Psychological stability is much superior over physical presence at the workplace without focus on the job.
