 Name one other organization that values people particularly well; explain what you admire about their approach.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is one organization that values people the most. I admire this company because of their friendly policies that take care of the employees. They introduced paid maternity and paternity leave to their employees. This gives the employees time to be with their family when needed the most and will translate to performance when they are at work. Psychological stability is much superior over physical presence at the workplace without focus on the job.
