The Colorado Military Academy is in the process for growing the culture of the school and with all the cultures in the school it is being defined by the students who are learning and growing. The administration of the school has given the teacher the latitude to create their own ideas and lessons which support critical thinking among the students, and in general the school is a student focused school to where the students will start a project and run with it making the necessary adjustment guided by the teacher to have a successful outcome. As the student reach the higher grade they have the option to join the Civil Air Patrol which help develop their leadership skills in an effort to show students how it would be to be in the Air Force, and is when the partnership come into play.
