Topic

My topic is related to the keto trend.

Position

Keto Diet has been known in the past to help regulate blood sugar on diabetic people.

Audience

The audience I would like to pursue young adults and older adults with weight issues. They don’t believe that Keto can work or that it’s going to backfire. Since it inquires, cut down all your carbohydrates. The values and beliefs are that leading your life with a healthy diet can help long term with the fight of obesity in the United States.

Goal

The goal of this essay is to persuade people that even if they don’t agree with following the Keto diet, they should develop a healthier diet to prolong the life

1. Obesity has been one of the leading Illnesses in America for centuries.

2. Carbohydrate can be good or bad, and it all depends on how you consume it
