Diversity and melting pot idea couldn’t be more successful at that time. This positive achievement could have kept on amassing. However, they didn’t, for two reasons: (1) developing northern lack of engagement in the predicament of America’s southern black population and (2) progressively savage protection from Reconstruction from white southerners.

My view

The term assimilation is normally considered about when as a minority group incorporates into a more extensive part of the group. Cultural assimilation is utilized to describe when minority bunches receive the new culture while keeping up some of their social attributes. Americans people consider themselves that America is called the land of free. Individuals can have individual flexibility and live as they wish to. This desire to absorb is onerous all by itself and repudiates American freedom.

Culture, multiculturalism, and diversity are three essential things that make up our society. These things are fundamental since they are what make us not the same as each other. Being not quite the same as each different influence us to end up our individual and help us to discover our place on the planet. If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly exhausting spot to live.

Embracing every decent variety can enable every group to see a different culture and the world will be a beautiful place where we can celebrate different celebrations and receive positive focuses on each other. Violation is a crime, and legal laws should control it.

Consider your life today: In what way does the history you have shown shape or impact issues in your workplace or desired profession?

In the 21st century, we can see at any workplace that all the high-profile organizations have accepted all immigrants who have good talent on the job. Moreover, they are providing work permitted by law to them so that all non- Americans can also work in this country. Today, we can see that America is become “The United States of America” which has a diversity of all culture. On our workplace, we are celebrating various festivals of the different community. Racism is strictly prohibited in any workplace. However, sometimes I have observed ay my company that the hiring ratio of black people is still less compared to white people. Moreover, on the higher position, they usually allow white people only to rule the organization. Hence, I must say that history has given rights to all people working in the united states. However, some historic discrimination is still carried by white people.
