The objective of this paper is to present health and management centers with a suitable awareness and knowledge of the quality expansion essentials, commence the development project, encourage to introduce high quality health care standards, to enhance quality discipline with advance methodology, that includes six-sigma, lean strategy, plan-perform-study-act, research and explore how effective the new technology can raise healthcare standards (Shi & Singh, 2014; Moses et al, 2013).

There are several main attainments whose factors does influence and affect the performances of the human resource management team in the health care industry. (Shi & Singh, 2014; Moses et al, 2013). As we know, the Allied health sector professions are part of the health care profession which is well-defined, yet, differs from medicine, nursing and pharmacy fields. Such Allied health sector professionals make up 65% of the total entire US Health Care Force, which helps the entire health related service system function properly. These professionals provide a complete range of technical, therapeutic, diagnostic services while treating patients directly. They also support with health care services which are critical and vital to different health care professionals they normally work with (Shi & Singh, 2014; Moses et al, 2013; NQMC, 2016; NQF, 2016).

Some of these allied health care professionals perform special duties. Every patient comes with different diseases, hence, the health care professional need additional knowledge and study for effective serving and meeting and solving several different health care related problems. To take care of more specialized care of patients, they need to follow all the standards of National Training and Education profession and their practice norms. Frequently, they are required to demonstrate and ascertain their skills and expertise through professional diploma and degrees with certified credentials while continuing further education for the specialized treatment of critical patients. Many different allied health professions do not require specialized skills and credentials or related training. Several allied health care professions and their jobs are measured as career ladder jobs due to the opportunity it provides for the professional advancement within health care service specific fields. Based on their specialized health service profession, which include basic and critical life support; understanding basic medical law and principles; understanding psychology, human mind and relations; proper interpersonal and persuasive communication skills; counseling ability; computer operating technology; healthcare information documenting ability; interview skills; as well as proficiency and competency in database management, word processing; electronic- medical dictation and transcription (Shi & Singh, 2014; Moses et al, 2013; NQMC, 2016; NQF, 2016).

The health care practice from the global perspective specifies the value of HRM – human resources management (HRM) in providing improved and complete patient health care service with proper assistance to patients until they are sent home. The proper attention should be given to HRM, where human resources walk on three fundamental health system contribution, the two others are physical resources and funds, the third being consumables for patients. There are different levels of clinical as well as non-professional staff accountable for individual and public health intervention. The performance of the staff depends entirely on how effectively, they are groomed, taught with their health service, knowledge and skills and how successfully they are motivated to shoulder responsibility in dispensing perfect health care services. It also matters the number of staff serving the patients, their overall distribution in the service center, composition, the overall workforce of health care staff, their periodical and specialized training programs, the migration and relocation of health service staff, their accomodation near the service center, the absentees problem, the level of their economic and knowledge development, their geographical, social and cultural factors. The main factor the Human resources should consider is to reform the health service staff, always strive to improve and advance with a purpose for patients’ satisfaction by offering satisfactory quality of service (Shi & Singh, 2014; Moses et al, 2013; NQMC, 2016; NQF, 2016).

They offer an advance training and education pertaining to Nation Quality Measures required in Healthcare sectors. The government is also encouraging to offer an advance training to allied health care staff and encourage people to pursue such training. The training courses offered are:

  • Governments – Territorial, Provincial, federal government
  • Physicians, Nurses and professionals in Allied health care.
  • The role and duties of every sector, group and individual differ in numerous ways.
  • Ultimately, what matters is the satisfaction and safety of the patient.(Shi & Singh, 2014; Moses et al, 2013).
  • What steps might the United States take, from the global down to the organizational level, to provide exceptional employment opportunities in in-demand allied health fields?
  • Planning the health care sector strategically is vital directing health care organization, depending on its unit size, the complexity and different health services provided. Department of Cardiology, electro-physiology units will function effectively and at proper levels, only when all the health center plans align well with other health structure and capacity plans. The head of each department is responsible for selecting the quality and the number of staff, planning and promoting their overall activities. Such strategic planning process can be programmed, systematically, rationally and holistically to integrates long, short and the medium term healthcare staff selection activities, and periodically to focus on their relevant training and reaching to transform their future (Shi & Singh, 2015 NQMC, 2016; NQF, 2016).
