The health care practice from the global perspective specifies the value of HRM – human resources management (HRM) in providing improved and complete patient health care service with proper assistance to patients until they are sent home. The proper attention should be given to HRM, where human resources walk on three fundamental health system contribution, the two others are physical resources and funds, the third being consumables for patients. There are different levels of clinical as well as non-professional staff accountable for individual and public health intervention. The performance of the staff depends entirely on how effectively, they are groomed, taught with their health service, knowledge and skills and how successfully they are motivated to shoulder responsibility in dispensing perfect health care services. It also matters the number of staff serving the patients, their overall distribution in the service center, composition, the overall workforce of health care staff, their periodical and specialized training programs, the migration and relocation of health service staff, their accomodation near the service center, the absentees problem, the level of their economic and knowledge development, their geographical, social and cultural factors. The main factor the Human resources should consider is to reform the health service staff, always strive to improve and advance with a purpose for patients’ satisfaction by offering satisfactory quality of service (Shi & Singh, 2014; Moses et al, 2013; NQMC, 2016; NQF, 2016).
