The first graph has very little information to go off of. The part that confused me was that bird strikes were separated. They are a contributing factor to plane crashes along with weather, pilot error, etc. They should all be grouped together. I’m pretty sure that the number of bird strike caused crashes is higher than shown. This graph needs more information to make it work. You could do the 4 modes and do a year to year comparison to show trends. That would give better statistics for the crash causes.
