Changes which may affect the criminal justice agency may include the way of the commands are done and the management of the finances. The commands from the higher management of the organization have got much influence in the criminal justice agency. The leaders should be the role model of the other groups by setting the example. Their behavior should portray was should be depicted on the criminal justice agency. The state government should be responsible in funding the police department in order to make changes. The community members are also influential on the type of behavior or changes to be witnessed on the criminal justice. The taxpayers and the society also influence the police organization through their behavior and contribution on the decisions made. In addition, organizational behavior is the key to the success of any organization. The leaders are the most influential which act as the picture or image of the organization. Organizational behavior entails all the activities done by the employees and the leaders either positive or negative for success of an organization. In criminal justice organization, how the leaders and the workers relate to one another gives the clear meaning of the organizational behavior within the organization. Organizational systems are the systems within an organization which are used to shape the behavior and other activities in an organization. The relationship between the organizational behavior and organizational systems is very close in that the behavior within criminal justice organization has got effects on the change on the organizational systems. This means that if the skills, knowledge and also training of the employees is not stable, it has got effects on the organizational systems. This will lead to poor performance within the organization whereby the employees have got low morale and no motivation.
Organizational stakeholders found in the criminal justice system entail both the employees and the community. There are difficulties which are experienced in organizational systems concerning the perception of the people. This is caused by how people perceive change within and outside the organization. There are many ways of handling change on stakeholders whereby the best way is the use of communication. Good communication between the managers and the employees can weaken the resistance found in the community and the employees towards changes in the organization. The use of communication to is the effective method of reducing the gossips which leads to wrong information in an organization. In addition, through communication the employees can be convinced to see the importance of change in packing the proper concepts within an organization (Wandersman & Florin, 2009).
The flow of communication is one observable aspect of the criminal justice culture. How effective and respectful the communication is within the organization affects the activities done.
