The idea that society should be based on virtue was according to Confucius beliefs. Both Plato and Aristotle were focused on the idea of a just state should cultivate just citizens. They also believed that political oppression on the base of natural differences could be justified.

Social Contract is an understanding among other individuals or state characterizing the rights and obligations of each gathering. Classical contract were an agreement to form societies. Within the social contract everything is based off the present and everything that’s taking place at that moment while in classical contract Justice will be accomplished when individuals do what their temperament and status in life call them to do. Their legitimacy figures out what benefits they get and what loads they bear. Since what is important most is a very much arranged society, people must do what society decides is best for them to do.
