Sales vary main because of the location of the Wahoo’s Fish Tacos. People don’t always visit the beach and hence that translates to lower sales. The one at the mall has shoppers who regularly visit the mall to buy their daily necessities and pass by Wahoo’s to but whatever they want. Environmental appeal to people also play a major role. People go to the mall with the sole purpose of spending money and food becomes a priority for everyone. At Manhattan Beach, people go to have fun and maybe sometimes pass by Wahoo’s at times. This translates to sales disparity.

My dataset is the performance of students in a class. Students normally have the same teacher and are tested using the same set of questions but performance might vary significantly from the mean. This is because some external factor might affect some of the student’s performance. Some of these external factors could be sickness, psychological condition of the student but the student chooses to do the exam anyway despite the condition. This will cause significant variation on the performance.
