Barriers in CMMI

We have characterized the obstacles of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) in three broad classes; i.e. people based, group based and project based.

To overcome barriers ofCapability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI):

2. In the people based barriers, SPI awareness or training in the association, Lack of staff duty in theorganization, Lack of expert experience and aptitudes to receive CMM or CMMI Staff’s turn-over is high in the organization and No SPI activity bunches inside the association.
3.
