Enhanced customer interaction could improve customer satisfaction by automating normal manual tasks allowing more visibility to customers. If however:”some dynamic occurs in the industry like a competitive price change or the introduction of new technology, marketing professionals may need to use reactive marketing.” (Suttle, 2016, p.1) And if the clients happen to need a restart of their business or simply organize some aspects of it, like offer location or price. This kind of marketing can very well be done online, and furthermore is better done online. Finally, entities who don’t invest in transformation may fall beyond. There needs to be a description of the client’s business, products and services, which needs to address the most important details regarding the client’s product but cannot be too saturated and detailed. This is especially important when dealing with the online market, as it is a market of “quick look” So attention drawing is crucial but after drawing the client’s attention there should be detailed description according to interest.
