Strategic planning is an important step in all business enterprises, which involves laying down all the intentions and plans to be executed by the organization in an attempt to arrive at the goals set. A well-elaborated and executed brand strategy in my opinion helps in all aspects of the business and it directly affects the customer needs, emotions, and the competitive environment. A comprehensive brand strategy should have the following components in order for it to attract consumers: purpose, flexibility, loyalty, it should also involve the employee, and it should majorly be aware of the competition awareness

In order to have a good marketing communication plan, one should initially understand their market, their competitor, and finally the customer. One should also be able to address an issue or need to clarify a situation at hand. Not forgetting about forming a comprehensive brand that will have an

A situational analysis is a major component of a marketing plan. It mainly entails internal and external factors affecting a business. The analysis should majorly entail the businesses vision, mission, and strategic objective. The vision together with the mission allow the business to have a firm strategic objective that will help in getting the brand being marketed more customers and even more profit. This will also make the market of the firm to be wider and even get to international levels.

Inaddition, the situational analysis should have the location of the firm as well as the means in which the products are distributed from the firm to the various market places. The business should include what they offer to their customers that there competitors don’t. The situational analysis should as well entail the value of weakness and strength that they experience as a firm and if possible the value of weakness and strengths that their competitors have.

A good pricing strategy helps the owner of the business or the firm to decide the price mark at which the firm will experience increase in the daily sales of their goods and services. Before determining the firmsrates the entrepreneur should look into a number of factors including manufacturing and delivery costs with in my opinion should be the main factor. With the correct evaluation of the costs of distribution and production the firm is able to come up with a suitable price that will ensure they get maximum profit as required. Other factors to be addressed are the competitors and the business target towards the customers.

In order to create a brand image one must be able to find out where they are at the market place and be able to identify and understand who the customers are. The next step is to build the outlook of the brand that will be used in all marketing avenues such as the websites, advertisements and social media. One should target to strategize on how to grow the brand awareness and strengthen the brand. The firm should examine their brand to ensure thatthey deliver their promises..

To maintain a brand image as a marketer one has to maintain a constant appearanceon theirfirm’s website, email messages sent and the social media accounts. The firm should also know the market they serve that is knowing the customers.The branding concerns promotions are such as reaching integrated marketing communication strategies due to the competition among countries and most probably firms, setting up a modern strategy in order to cope up with the trending technology, sustaining a significant brand that will attract more customers, leveling brand assets to enable growth so that the brand will be able to add value and be able to improve itself..

In order for a firm to have a good integrated marketing communication advertising strategy, the organization should be able to define the target audience they want to receive the information. In addition, the firm should be able to analyze their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This will help the firm to come up with more advance techniques that will improve the integrated marketing communication advertising strategy.Moreover the firm should know their competitors, get inventive and finally check on how publicizeideas through different mediums at an affordable cost.
