Based on your own cultural experiences, what two mistakes were you already aware of before you read this chart?

Two cultural mistakes that I was aware of are:

2. After reading the list, identify two cultural mistakes that were a complete surprise to you. How will this information make you more culturally sensitive to your friends, coworkers, and online classmates?

• In France, expecting to do work during a French 2 hours lunch break(.DuBrin, A.J.) The French feels that lunch is sacred time and is mandatory to get away from the stressors of work. I learned this from the history channel on cable T.V program called Life in France that aired March 2017
  • Attempting to conduct significant business during August—les vacances (vacation time): (DuBrin, A.J1 Cross Cultural – Relations and Diversity .) This is the benefit of living in other countries, where they care about the health and well -being of the city residents. They feel that people often don’t take vacations and enjoy life so the designated the month of August for vacation. I also got this information from the History Channel on cable T.V called Life in France that aired March of 2017.
