The Family Diner is the restaurant to be. With the lovely and charming attendants, you will always feel appreciated and loved. You will be served with the utmost respect that any client deserves. Other than that, the food offered is extremely mouthwatering. To be honest, it will leave you always wanting and asking for more. Our prices are extremely friendly and will not leave your pockets empty. The best thing about the restaurant again is that we serve all manner of clientele and do not despise or judge anyone. For this reason, the diner is divided into sections, the first section is for nonsmokers. This ensures that passive smoke is not drawn in by all customers just because there are some smokers in the building. This is backed up by the fact that is well known that in most cases, the passive smoker often suffers the most because the active smoker always has a filter on his cigeratte.

Next, the restaurant deals with all types of food, both fast and organic. It serves breakfast, lunch and supper and even meals in between not necessarily at these designated hours. The restaurant has a very good reputation in the small community and has been in existence for a very long time. The town has a population of 6,000 people, which the restaurant has adequately served over several years. The family diner is in a very perfect location. It is located right off an interstate and does additional sales catering to local businesses in the area. Over-the-road semi-drivers say it is the best cup of coffee in town and town’s people know that you can always find the local sheriff and highway patrol officers eating there which is a good thing because you get to interact with your normal.

Currently the restaurant is in the process of doing rebranding. Rebranding has several benefits which include differentiating the initial company from actual and potential competitors. In the recent years several other restaurants have been opened around the same region. These include McDonalds, Subway and Sonic Drive-in restaurants. In order to create a mark and differentiate themselves from the rest, the restaurant needs a series of rebranding to enable them to stand out from all the competition mounted by the other facilities. It already has a trademark cup of coffee. This can be improved in terms of delivery and amount of coffee per cup to the customers’ satisfaction. In the long run, the coffee will bring more customers to the restaurant and thus much more returns.

On several occasions, one faces a challenge on the selection of a specific restaurant to be dining in. This is because with the sudden rise in the cases of food poisoning and dissatisfaction in the existing restaurant, it is very hard to find a specific place and stick with it. For this reason, the family diner comes in handy to settle all your needs without having to be stressed about the repercussions or the incidence of food poisoning. On other occasions, one may go to a restaurant with all good preformed ideas only to come back extremely disappointed. The Family Diner comes to sort out all this and to ensure that the customer service is in our best interest.

Also, many coffee lovers lack a spot to go for their highly loved refreshment. We offer very nice coffee that is renown to the public by everyone in the community. With just one sip, you get the satisfaction that you may never have obtained anywhere else. Homemade pies also accompany the coffee. The restaurant is highly famous for its homemade pie menu. The Chef makes 15 varieties of homemade pies daily. At this very moment, the chef is being requested to increase the varieties of homemade pies to almost twenty so as to cover for different cravings of several individuals. The menu will also have to be thus updated to cater for different needs of the many customers. Since the restaurant serves a huge variety of individuals, the menu should be created in such a way that all age groups with their likes are well represented.

The family diner offers a solution to all the aforementioned woes to ensure that everyone gets what they paid for and in good time. We offer value for money in all we do and will do our best to ensure your upmost satisfaction. Following the several new changes that are anticipated to take place in the diner in a bid to make it a state of the art restaurant, we made a new budget to cater for all the areas that need changes and those that need to be made better. Discussed below is a summary of the budget that we envisage to use in the near future.

Assuming the budget is at 100%, approximately 60% of the total will go to the purchase of computers and internet subscriptions to enable both online deliveries and online advertisements. The money will also be used to purchase to bicycles that will be used for the door to door deliveries of online orders. Then, About 10% will go to the printing and distribution of both flyers and banners within and around the nearby towns. Another 10% will go to the erection of two billboard within the two town in an effort to advertise the facility further and draw in more customers to the diner. The final 20% will go to the proceeds of developing a new logo and changing the previous one. It will also be in used in the refurbishing of the furniture and the walls within the restaurant with details of the facility and the offers it has.

This portion will also be used in the editing of the existing menu and updates together with the printing of the new menus and their distribution on all the tables present within the restaurant. It should be noted that these were previously in the plan however not expounded in details and therefore doesn’t change the initial marketing plan that was made.
