They generally communicate in meetings where all attendants are requested to express their views as well as assessment (The Japan FAQ, et al. 1997).
On the other side, India has a society which is extremely rich in its conventions and traditions and that keeps its people altogether. In Indian Cultural when one is entering a new house first house, the Hindu’s home warming service known as the Griha Pravesh is a ceremony performed. There are wedding traditions, for example, the ceremony of the declaration that the young lady girl and boy have discovered one another as a life partner and they will search no further for an existence accomplice. What emerged about the culture
What emerged in the Japanese and Indian culture is that they maintain their respective cultures since they trust that their way of life is essential and ought to be taken after at all times. The ladies and men in the two societies know their parts and ladies are constantly deferential to men furthermore the youth respect the old.
Likenesses and contrasts of this culture with my own
The parts of the spouse and wife vary in the two cultures. The wife in a Japanese family is relied upon to care for the spouse though the American society may take this as hostile. The structure of the family in a Japanese society is characterized by custom though the American culture the relatives are allowed to pick parts relying upon their tastes (Kivumbi, et al. 2010).
Similarities and Differences between the American and Indian culture:
The Americans respect time as well as value while on the other hand Indians don’t. In the American society, individual qualities get conspicuousness than the family values though Indians regard family values. The similitude is that both societies have some type of objective introduction. For example, great relational unions, schools and discovering steady employments (Jeniffer, et al. 2009).
Methods for these societies
The Japanese and Indian societies are ones which can’t be broken and must be taken after entirely. This is on the grounds that they esteem their societies to such an extent. The Japanese are more industrialized than the Indians and that neediness is high in India contrasted with Japan. I would not have any desire to visit or live in these societies since they are so strict and takes after custom contrasted with the American society which is not complex and can be changed relying upon one’s taste.
Experience of cultural stun
I would encounter social stun on the off chance that I submerged myself in these societies since my way of life is altogether different and does not include conventional beliefs. These two societies have confidence in doing things all in all though the American society includes independence and that one settles on choice without essentially including a gathering. The ways of life additionally have impediments and this implies it may be hard to embrace.
