Introduction

There are many changes witnessed in the new Affordable Care Act. These changes make patients care more affordable to all Americans compared to the AHCA which failed during their time. This paper therefore provides detailed comparison between ACA and AHCA. I would also provide my own opinions considering AHCA failures.

The new ACA ensures that the federal state consider also the poor ensuring it is considerate to the amount of service the patient receives. While the original AHCA provided a fixed amount per capita (Hawes et al. 2012). Any changes to the fixed amount are only affected by inflation rate. Changes have been witnessed in the insurance costs whereby o the side of ACA provide subsides for the people living under $4800 in order for them to have insurance. AHCA would care for customers up to 350 per cent of poverty of the customers which is contrary to the new law catering up to 400 per cent.

In addition, under guarantee coverage, ACA would ensure that the citizens get treated whenever they are sick while AHCA would provide conditions according to insurers (Hirsch et al. 2017). My own opinions as to why AHCA failed in the first attempt is that it relied so much on the government whereby it consisted of many restriction including Trump strikes rules o insurers.

Conclusively, the terrible rules and regulations facilitated the failure of AHCA. The America Health Care Act considered throwing off millions of people off insurance and provide unrealistic deductibles for variety of people in order to get money for tax. The money therefore vacillated Trump’s campaign. My opinion to the failure of AHCA is on the government legislation as the main cause of failure.
