Leadership is the ability of either an individual or an organization to lead other people. The organization or the individual should give direction to other people in that organization in that he/she should act as a role model to others. Leaders and managers are those people who do the right thing for the success of their business and their subjects follow. Leadership may apply in religious, organization, education sector and many other places. Good leadership gives vision in any sector and improves the state of performance in any organization. In addition good leadership leads to good products and it markets the organization for new inventors.
