RE: COMPLAINT ABOUT AN LG LED TV PURCHASED AT KENTUCKY STORES LTD ON 30th AUGUST 2015
The TV I purchased at Kentucky Stores Ltd on 30th August 2015 has malfunctioned and thus I am unable to use it. I would like to have the TV fixed or be given a new one instead.
I have not been able to use the TV since I bought it because the problem developed immediately I reached home with it the day I had purchased it at your stores. I called a gentleman by the name of Brian Reed, who is I in-charge of customer care and he promised to get back to me but two weeks later no help has been forthcoming.
I would expect to hear from you in the next seven days or else I will report the case to the consumer protection authority for further assistance. You can reach me anytime of the day on the email I have indicated above.
