An culturally competent organization is one that has managed the different values,beliefs of the people in the organization to achieve a peaceful work environment that consequently leads to the achievement of the strategic goals .

The organization values each one regardless of their culture .No one is discriminated against on the basis of their culture.Salaries,rewards,compensation,placement and other human resources functions are done fairly ,on the basis of qualification and performance rather than culture.This creates a peaceful work environment.

With customer information store in computers and other electronic devices,it is easy to track information concerning clients.One can therefore make decisions with regards to what diseases are easily contracted,what medicine to buy and in what amounts ,what  the most common ailments are and what can be done to reduce them.
