Examine the most common differences affecting employees with organizations and give two (2) specific examples of techniques that managers can use to effectively capitalize on the individual differences of their staff to accomplish the shared mission of the organization.  

Each individual has their own attitude different attitudes. The manager’s attitude can be infectious and influence the behavior of their employees within the company. Employee morale is very important for the atmosphere in the work place. Manager must be sure that the company keep a positive work environment to ensure job satisfaction for its employees. Managers need to be fair to all the employees. The company’s code of conduct must be enforced to bring about desired behaviors from employees. Diversity among employees is something to be considered and managers have to able to recognize the differences and create a work place environment that respects those differences between the employees.

COMMENT: Diversity brings forth talented and skilled individuals. Organizations fair better with a great talent pool.  Managers should place effort into hiring a diverse workforce. Employees will feel comfortable communicating various points of views and ideas from the different experiences each individual has had. Diversity is also good for fluctuating markets and customer demands resulting in higher productivity, profit, and return on investment
