These computer devices includes computer networks, storage, servers,application and also services. Cloud computing and other storage devices provides users with storage solutions and also capabilities to store and process their data. This data processing can either be privately owned or through the third party ownership of various data centers.

These data center can have different location since it depend with the main purpose to which they are made to accomplish. They can be located far from the user origin with a ranging distance of either across a city or the world. In general cloud computing relies on the scenario of shared resources so as to be to achieve coherence and also the economy of scales over an electricity network. It has a similar utility scales that enables even the companies and also organization to be able to greatly rely on it when it comes to the issues of computing resources sharing.

In this my discussion I have selected WItech Company as my case study so as to be to discuss use of cloud computing. Witech Company is an Information Telecommunication based company that deals with data handling. It has several number of users who are responsible of various task that mainly involves data sharing amongst the company and its users.

Since the customers are at different location in the world, Witech Company has introduced the use of cloud computing so as it can be able to effectively achieve its goals and be in a position to provide quality services to its customers.

HOW THE COMPANY IS USING CLOUD COMPUTING

Witech company has made use of cloud computing in the below listed and discussed three areas.

Web Serving: since witech handles a large number of customers who has different requirements, it has used cloud computing in conjunction web servers so as to be serve their customers well. The web servers and also the management tools which also includes business software have been moved to the cloud computing so as to ease the process of data access within the company. This has also made it easy to share the computing resources such printers to all the staffs in the company.

Employee Production Applications: these includes the applications that Witech has put in place so as to be able to improve the performance of employees in the company. This is of great advantages to the company and every organization should try to copy this since the success of any company depends on how productive and happy are your employees. In this connection Witech company has used cloud computing to help evaluate the employees performance and also to help in reporting processes in the company. The advantage of this is that it help the business to have an increased accountability and also have good efficiency with its workplace.

Cloud back up: Finally the company has used cloud computing in Cloud back up. This has helped it in the area of recovering any lost data and be able to retrieve it in the cloud servers.
