How satisfied are employees with their jobs?

When it comes to finding out how the employees are satisfied with their jobs you could use surveys which can provide insights and do successfully do this you must develop a useful survey questionnaire. You could also ask the employee if they are satisfied with the job to explain why your job is satisfied with you. You could also gather information on interviews which you would be able to ask questions, for instance, why are you satisfied with your job? You could also ask what makes your job so satisfying to you?

How satisfied are employees with senior management?

I would use a survey and have a questionnaire please rate your senior management overall performance on their job? Why are you satisfied with your senior management you could either choose the answer (A) which is your senior management is fair and just to all employees. (B) your senior management has A well-formed team makes better decisions. (C)The senior management is not functional management. (D)The senior management has excellent communications which are essential. You could also interview the employee and ask them why is the senior management make you satisfied with their job performance? You could also ask them how does the senior management make you happy?

Do current employees have turnover intentions (planning on quitting)?

I would first start off with a survey and here are some of the questions I would ask is does the employee quit because (A) staff does not treat others like they should be. (B) Do I get know days off? (C) Upper management does not treat you fair. (D) The staff does not have good moral and has poor attitudes.

Another question I would ask would be our turn over rates are high because? (A) The pay is not enough for the amount of work and risk we do. (B) The stress in the workplace is too much for me. (C) You can find a job making more money and have less stress. (D) All team members are not treated fair and equally. I would also use the interview step I would ask them Have you already started looking for a job? Why do you have turnover intentions? What causes you to have a high turn over intentions?

Are employees satisfied with the amount and types of communication they are receiving from senior management?.

I would first use the survey questioner with some of the following questions. Why is the communication not successful from the senior management (A) The upper management does not tell other team leaders all the information until the last minute.(B)The person receiving the message must decide to listen, ask questions for clarity, and trust the sender of the message. (C)The senior management has waited too long to communicate. (D)The senior management needs to Avoid defensiveness, excuse-making, and answers that are given too quickly. When I used the interviewing communication, I would ask them. Why does the senior management communication successfully? What would you change on the senior management communication?

Some of the pitfalls or short comings you must be aware are making sure successful studies begin with clear and specific objectives. If you don’t use interesting questions in your interview, your results may not be successful.

The ways you could increase participant responses while ensuring the accuracy of your findings you could have an incentive for the participant’s participation. Design your survey from the respondent. There is no better way to help response rate than to have a well designed, friendly survey. Know your audience. Identify your target audience and take the time to understand how best to request information from them. Finally, act on the information you receive and share the results with participants. When you are truly going to take action on the results of the survey, it shows through in the questions themselves. Communicating the survey’s results and what was done to the survey audience will boost participation in future surveys.
