Human resource management is responsible for very many different tasks in an organization. Human resource automation software is very important in helping the organization work faster and thus the job becomes easy. Introduction of human resource technology software enhances automation of human resource functions. Automated human resource planning reduces the number of human resource workers in an organization and makes the workers focus on better important things, thus being more productive in the organization. This leads to higher profits being realized which is accurate and precise. Data can also be backed up to online servers and thus no information is lost in case of fire and computer breakdown.

Introduction of a human resource planning software can improve and work a number of issues in the organization. Maintaining a database is one of the many functions of the software.

Maintenance of personal database and employee records-This is the basic details of the employees in that organization. They have already adopted it since there is a database to maintain the records of the employees. Benefits administration and payroll– most organizations pay their workers at the end of the month. Factors like absenteeism, pay rise, tax, PAYE, are considered before releasing the salaries. More so, this work takes a lot of time and mistakes are made and delayed payment.

Putting into consideration these factors, a human resource automation system is important to reduce the workload in an organization and a firm with 1500 people is a very large firm that cannot be classified as a medium or small business.
