For a serious violation like exposure to lead, engineering controls are the best methods of modification. The previous ventilation instruments should be improved. In addition, ventilation hoods should also be modified effectively to make them able to collect fumes from metals. There should be detailed information concerning the implementation processes which should protect the employees from exposures. The employer should provide medication details and respond immediately to the penalties cited. The employees who are highly exposed to lead should have high tightened with face pieces to protect them (Beneish, 2010).

Employees working in assembly areas should have protective measures which should be acquired through training within or outside the institution. If the employer has not trained the employees he or she should be fined and given time to provide adequate training. If the employees have not been trained, the employer should pay the penalties without any excuse. Maintenance of the working instrument should be done to keep the working environment cool for the workers. All the containers should be labeled as they contain hazardous chemical to avoid accidents. Failure to label these should be taken serious issue whereby penalty should be paid and implementation done on it (Hillman, 2009).
