War is not good for a nation because it has got many negative effects to the nation. War causes effects not only to those individuals involved in fighting but also those far from the fight. It also affects the residents directly and indirectly. War causes many deaths to the soldiers who are sent to fight for the nation. This is a loss to the family of the victim and also to the nation at large. Many soldiers are killed during this period of war whereby the nation losses many heroes from the fight. if these soldiers are not killed they are left with various injuries which may lead to other diseases which in turn may cause death to the victim. Not only are the soldiers killed during the war but also the citizens. Many citizens both the adult and children are killed in war. War endangers the life of many individuals including the old people in the nation (Chinitz, 2008).

War also has got an effect on the nation’s economy whereby there is much money which is spend on the preparation of the military equipment forgetting investing on the educational sectors. The nation has to spend huge amount of money in buying of the weapons and military pursuits which costs a lot for the nation. Other areas like infrastructure and tech industries are ignored which may yield much to the economic growth. The military machineries are not more productive to the economy than the educational sector and tech industries where the nation should have invested than engaging in war actions. War has got long term effects to the nation whereby it leaves the nation having to pay for the increased public debts and dealing with the increased taxation of the nation. This has negative effects to the nation’s economy whereby they are triggered by the macroeconomic effects from the United States (Hauerwas, 2011).

Freud (2009) argues that war affects the peace and stability of the nation whereby the relationships and ties between other nations become limited. Despite the loss of many civilians and soldiers, war has also displaced many families leading to disputes and overcrowding on the settled places. The conflicts affect the developmental plans affecting the regional and international relationship of the nation. War affects the international peace and security of the nation. This causes mistrust whereby the investors and tourists can no longer visit the nation due to the high rate of insecurity. Conflict presentation and peace making should be the goal and objective of the nation. Efforts should be made globally to preach peace not only within the country but also to other nations (Chinitz, 2008).

According to Hauerwas (2011) there are also other effects of war whereby the social and moral status of the people is affected. Due to the policies and regulations implemented by the politicians during the war affects greatly the social status of the citizens. The social status includes the class the community whereby there are those living below the poverty line and those living above the poverty line. Due to this fact there may arise crisis which may lead to property destruction and loss of life. The society should be allowed to enjoy their social cohesion and the government should ensure that poverty eradication should be the objective. The government should also ensure that the set policies do not harm the lives of the citizen. The future of the societies depends on the decisions we make today concerning the peace and prosperity of our nation (Freud, 2009).

On the other hand, war is also good to the nation. It is of great importance for a country to declare war against the country which has already started it in order to defend her nation. It is important for the nation fight back for her people from the attacks of the terrorists. The terrorists do not fear the regulations of a certain nation therefore they enter the nation illegally and cause many harm to the residents. The nation should therefore fight for the peace of her people sending away these terrorists. It is necessary for the nation to engage in war to create everlasting peace to her citizens. In addition, it is important for a nation to engage in fights to establish the military strength the country got. This creates fame to other nations whereby the winning nation is much respected. From the fame, the terrorists and other countries planning to attack the nation would not have the courage to create dispute because of the nation’s political stability. It is therefore important to train the military officers who will defend and fight for the nation (Hauerwas, 2011).

In conclusion, it is important to hold meetings to solve problems when they occur between the nations. This is the best way to away conflicts instead of fighting back. Several discussions should be held to solve disputes and avoid causing conflicts which may lead to war cases. The nation should focus on creating and building a better future of the citizens and also for future generation. It is important to encourage peace among the citizens and strengthen unity and stability to avoid conflict. The nation should also focus on implementing other ways of conflict solution to avoid wars within the nation. For the nation’s development and prosperity, there must be peace and unity within the country. To engage in international trade affairs, the nation must have peace stability and good relations with other nations (Chinitz, 2008).
