ECE 332 week 1 journal: Peak Experience

. Maslow wrote that the concept of peak experience is an important aspect of self-actualization and development.  Describe the most wonderful experience of your childhood and explain how it influenced your own development.  

Learning how to spell my name and read I had one of this name that only your mother knew how to spell I had to learn how to sound out each letter in my name with my mother and sisters sitting at the dining room table tell I learned how to spell my name.

I felt good about reading today I love to read because today I know that reading matter and that it is an requirement to get where i want to be in life and reading dose has its benefits such as to get where i want to be you have to know how to read you can’t do it without the knowledge of knowing how to read and I know today that reading is an excellent way to get me where I want to be and that is a Day Care Owner. Am also in a book club were we have to read a book once a month and together and tell each other about the story and I really enjoying doing that once a month. I have learned over the years the more you read the more you learn the more you want to read that’s how I feel today. Reading has increases my vocabulary and has improved my spelling, it also has helped improved my writing skills and that makes me want to write more and read more. I am more confident in my reading skills. I extreme disliked getting up in front of the classroom to read I would by no means raise my hand to read out loud today you cannot sit me down I always have a book in my hands to read. Am also in a book club were we have to read a book once a month and get together and tell each other about the story and how we felt about the book and I really enjoying doing that once a month I love to Reading today.
