His resume demonstrates execution in support and janitorial work since 1987. Utilize appropriate selection techniques to evaluate and hire the best candidate for the job.

The technic that I will be doing to evaluate and hire the best candidate for the job will be phone interview first, this way I get to know them a little bit more over the phone, I also can ask them a couple of questions and if I’m missing information from their resume I can also requested. Follow by a face to face interview, which will give me the opportunity to know them in person, take notes of certain characteristics. I will be able to see body language when they answer my interview questions. I will also have the change to make clear some of the important point on behave the work, for example that they need to be on call 24/7 365 days since there is no one to cover them. this also gives the opportunity to the applicant to ask questions or concerns about the position and if is a good fit to them.

Joe Johnson will be the candidate that will probably I will take, in my opinion he is the most qualified a he can perform various task aside from the others. He has thirty years of experience and on his last job he was head of maintenance. Also, in his previews job he was on call 24 hours a day, this will be a great fit since our new employee has to be on call 24/7 365 days. He has great communication skills, excellent customer service, and friendly. The only thing that I will have to request at the interview or over the phone when scheduling the interview apt will be a list of references to verify all information is correct and up to date.
