Factors in carrying out a successful health care organization’s merger

When carrying out this research, we need to consider the factors that have an impact on health.

(1) Public health significance. The study should put in place conditions that are of impact to the public health which is our primary aim of carrying out the research.

(2) Availability of technology. The e-health service will use the technology to be able to assist the masses since the services will be available online to any customer.

(3) The efficiency of the system. The e-health service will be dealing with an important aspect as it deals with peoples’ lives which need to be always working correctly to avoid any loss of life.

Why health care organization alliances are necessary

(a) Organizations dealing with health are significant as they can air the grievances of the public on matters affecting the people. Many are the times the health sector is neglected, leaving people with poor sanitary conditions and nowhere to get those services.

(b) The alliances also help in the funding of the poor and needy patients who may not be able to cater for their health needs as opposed to where there are no organizations on health which make people suffer and the latter lose their lives. For instance, the street children may have nowhere to go after a health struggle and hence end up pleading with such organizations. The Government should regulate the health care sector. Though there are other health alliances, the government should be the one to regulate the health industry for it to be able to monitor each resource used in the sector and can provide whenever there may be a lack of facilities as opposed to private organizations that may strain to provide the services. It there were not regulates set by the government agencies many healthcare facilities would experience poor conditions of health facilities due to the stress and lack of resources. This service would be very poor.

Dispute or defend the idea that a government regulation system should be the main regulating body in health care. Predict two (2) consequences of the alternative regulating system being in control. Provide a rationale for your response.

I rightfully believe that Health care regulations and standards are necessary to ensure compliance and to provide safe health care to patients who accesses the system. The health care regulatory agencies aid in monitor practitioners and facilities, furnish info about health changes, further safety and ensure legal compliance and quality services. There are consequences when regulations are not followed as required by the Government. One outcome alternative regulatory organization is not providing or following updated requirements or rules. The requirements needed to hold a safe health care system often changes and is important to follow when dealing with patient date and health. Another, HIPPA primary goal of the law is for healthcare providers to keep health insurance, protect the confidentiality and security of healthcare information and help the healthcare industry control administrative costs. Failure to comply with HIPPA it can result in civil and criminal penalties.

I agree that technology has decreased the amount of time spent with the patients in some ways however it has improved patient care in other ways.  Although rules and regulations cause medical professionals to spend large amounts of time in front of the computer screen, having the records within a software system allows for immediate access to old records along instant transference of information between hospital systems.

Dr. Mortez

I totally agree with you that technology has decreased the amount of time spent with the patients but have improved patient care in some ways. I had an appointment with my PCP she spent a lot of time on the computer and not responding to my concerns. I kept repeating my concerns till I became frustrated. So, when she decided acknowledge me it was too late I just shut her out completely. She tried to explain that she was listening to be but she was closing out the previous patients notes.
