Stresses are considered to comprise different components based on effects on the body systems. However, the prolonged effect on the body is determined by influence on activities and interaction of events (Denzin, 2017). Short-term levels of stress are considered to be protective to immune systems in effect to deal with organisms of immune systems. The paper will discuss and evaluate methods of developing stage management of stress experiment, mechanisms of manipulating independent, treatment of appropriate hypothesis, approaches of treating extraneous influence, and methods of measuring dependent variables. The illustration and experiment focuses on adults suffering from chronic diseases such as cancer, arthritis, cystic fibrosis and asthma.

The immunity of the body is regarded as the response of the body to biological systems. The aim is to enhance the survival rate among people and impact on overall protection. Different body systems and mechanisms are harnessed to ensure proper functionality of the body (Berger et al., 2017). Therefore, immune activation is developed on a primary and secondary method to enhance the response of the body systems.

Most of the patients suffering from chronic diseases and condition are profoundly affected by stress.

In most cases, the incidences are reported due to lack of poor stress management systems and approaches. As a result, most of the patients are suffering from suppressed immunity systems hindering the effective process of recovery. The effect is translated poor health and irrational functions of the body as required. Proper stress management is regarded as good health and improved methods to promote the healing process. Thus, methods and structures to determine immunity systems and responses among the patient are required.
