Members of the staff normally prefer areas that are good and geographically fit for them. However, providing services to other people in areas that are normally hit by natural catastrophes like flooding or persistent earthquakes is very important. These areas are normally defined as hardship areas. Each and every organization should strive and support their employers in each and every situation is in. An organization that deals with medical attention should foster and implement their mission in the spirit of providing health care. Tackling all the challenges at hand is very crucial in expanding the reach and capacity of the organization.

The main challenge in focus here is the employees not wanting to work in these hardship areas. Finding a solution that will cushion them is crucial. The best way for dealing and handling this is to provide more and extra amenities so that they can work towards achieving the goal of the organization at large. Giving them extra allowances for hardship areas is the best way to tackling this. This will act as a motivation to staying in these areas for better benefits in return.

The other best way to do this is to provide them with other amenities that in essence they are supposed to provide for themselves. These amenities could include housing, cars and school, for their children. The substation of personal responsibilities of the organization will motivate them to working in these areas.

There are many challenges and issues that are also expected to come out from this plan if implemented. Some workers will want and equal advantages and they will tend to lag and not provide their services well in areas that are expected to. Some employees might view this as excesses that shouldn’t be there in the first place. Some employees might prefer moving in large numbers to the hardship areas in large numbers leaving the present working station for ” greener” pastures. This might affect the working capacity of the workers.

To cope with all these, regulating it will be the best way out. The benefits shouldn’t outweigh why it was all created at the first place. They shouldn’t be too much that the workers saw it in preference of working. They should just be a little bit higher than the rest and not to the extremes. The gap shouldn’t be that big. In conclusion, the problem at hand should be solved with all possible means.
