Employees experience less stress when personal goals are set. Setting goals is a direct link to business performance. Goal setting provides structure and organization which will motivate employees to complete tasks effectively. Goals help employees allocate resources and time efficiently. Goals set expectations for employees increasing performance to meet company objectives.
