How does ethics impact business relationships within an organization?
ethics has a great impact on the organization. One thing ethic does is avoid legal problems in the company. Legal ethics can improve company’s productivity and achieve many goals as planned.
How can leaders and their leadership styles impact the ethical practices within an organization?
Leadership styles has a huge impact on the ethical process. It is the key to determine whether the style will influence on the followership or not. Effective leaders must maintain honesty and trust by leading by methods and examples and communicating clearly, and developing positive relationships with the entire company. The confidence in the company will be high if leaders start establishing a strong obligation to ethical behavior and take under consideration that employees follow to an extraordinary standard of business manner. However, when leaders demonstrate neglect for the employees morally, efficiency and overall the company’s success will suffer in a negative productivity. Democratic leaders make their decisions without contribution from their assistants. This type of leadership may not always perform in an ethical manner or consider the impact they are making will be adopted by their employees. This type of leadership style distresses ethical behavior of the staffs because will not follow what their leader tells them to do and refuse to obey the company’s rule.
How does ethics impact an organization’s overall culture?
From ethical perspective, establishing and supporting a powerful ethical culture is the key to preparing and establishing a strong organization that helps people creating good ethical decisions and acting ethically every minute at work. Leadership is vital to driving the ethical culture from a formal and informal perspective. Leadership provide the assets to implement the structures of the company’s environment and plans that support ethics during the time effective followers are in.
Based on what you have learned in this course, how would you describe your approach to business ethics
Based on business structure and business ethics, establishing a good picture to people will make the best leader in the company. Becoming a role model to everyone will change other coworkers point of view. First, becoming an effective follower who will follow an effective leadership. I will motivate my co-worker by relating the putting of a strong direction. Managing a strong company will acquire someone who will These leaders foster in employees the same values, such as volunteering in the community, helping other employees gain new skills and creating an environment of trust and support.

Honesty and loyally would be my principles. I have been working in my company for the longest time and all what I can say is that I have been very loyal to them and trustworthy. The company offered me another better position because all I have been doing is putting more efforts into my tasks and duties. My guide is to teach others how this to respect the place they are getting their paycheck from as well as showing the best they have in order to achieve not only the company’s goals but their personal goals.
