I think behavioral approach would be more effective in the transition since the approach recognizes the significance of individual or group behavior and focuses on human relations which means it emphasizes on social or human relationships among the operators, researchers and supervisors of an organization thus it important even at the moment since its considerations are consequential in determining productivity rather than just changes in working situations and productivity rises are attained due to high morale that is influenced by the quantity of individual, personal and intimate attention employees in an organization
