It also enables an individual to use appropriate strategies in making decisions and plans for an organization. With critical thinking skills as am manager, you are able to make sound decisions which are for fulfilling long term and short term goals (Hackman et al. 2005). Communication also determines the relationship within the organization and makes the employees free to give out their ideas to create change in an organization.

Management skills call for individual personality and communication to create a room for good performance in an organization. Management also includes personal responsibility and ability to meet the set goals of an organization. The manager should show the direction in the organization whereby the employee are able to recognise their obligations, responsibilities and behaviours training should be included for both the employees and the manager to improve skills and knowledge in order to create a change in an organization as workplace skills can also be improved through training. Knowledge and skills are important in workplace as they help one to set priorities and be able to evaluate which should be accomplished in short period of time ( Tracey et al. 2009).

In conclusion, unethical issues have personal consequences and organizational consequences. An individual may get fired whereas and organization may remain stagnant or may lead to closure. Harassment in workplace may lead financial crisis and lack of commitment of employees to their work which will in turn affect the organization. Teamwork is also an important aspect in an organization as each member works towards uplifting each other for the betterment of an organization (McClelland, 2003).
