BSHA’s importance in the achievement of my goals.

In my own perspective, the BSHA program will help me out in boosting my career’s goals as outlined below. First, the program will aid during the application of management and leadership skills that are of relevance to the fluctuating healthcare industry and specifically my nursing field of career. Also, it will help me out during the evaluation of the quality management practices and risks which will then assist in improving the patient outcomes.

The program will also address the opportunities as well as the challenges that are facing the health service administrators. BSHA program will effectively boost my communication skills across the diversified healthcare environment. Lastly, this will help boost the analysis of healthcare research & patient outcomes and also interpret inferences into practical solutions during the policy formulation and decision-making processes.
