Question 1

There are various forms of management education, they include centralized and decentralized educational management; with this type of management it refers to the centralization of the power and responsibility, supervision and control which results in educational management on one part and division and delegation of powers and responsibilities of educational administration (Brooke, 2012). Also, there is external and internal educational management, in this case it means for those elements, factors and supporting attributes which provide opportunities and facilities for the good management of educational programme in external perspective. They can be substituted on training because the learner would be able to measure all aspects of educational management.

Question 2

Companies run under different managerial skills and thus there exists two aspects, for this case an art will be taken into consideration though it is not an easy task to measure but with a process it show up unmistakably in superior companies’ way of operation. It requires commitment and true governance to administer leadership (Brooke, 2012). This can be measured through the companies’ productivity effort and the management style.

Question 3

Resistance within an organization leads to low productivity; one reason could be poor leadership or governance within the organization solution to this include; involving employees in decision making process unlike only the top management would make a final decision without the consent of the employees thus leading to resistance of the decisions made (Brooke, 2012). With this it would help the employees fell as part of the organization.
